General Reem International Circuit Declaration and Liability Disclaimer Terms & Conditions.

Speed Sports Company organizes activities at Reem Circuit and its facilities.

I understand that motor sports is a dangerous sport and I acknowledge and hereby consent to the participation in the conducted by the Company that will involve the use of Reem Circuit services ("Activities").

I hereby certify that I am fully capable of participating in the Activities and that I am healthy and do not suffer from any known/hidden physical or mental disabilities whether permanent or temporary which restricts my full participation or effects my safety in such Activities. Further, I hereby declare and agree:

1.Use of Reem International Circuit Terms: A. I the undersigned, declare that my vehicle to be used in the Circuit is in a safe and roadworthy condition, complies with all regulations and is fit for the purpose of the activity. I declare that no representative of the Circuit has examined or approved the vehicle for this purpose. I acknowledge participating in the Activity either as Driver or Passenger.

2. Assumption of risks:

A. participation in the Activities could involve including but not limited to risk of physical injury, illness, death or property loss, thereof; I expressly assume all harms associated with my participation in the Activities and hereby release the Company, their employees, volunteers, directors, officers, representatives, agents, organizers and successors, from and against including but not limited to any and all monetary claims and liabilities.

B. I agree and understand that despite safety precautions, the Company cannot be responsible for the following including but are not limited to; collisions, overturning, and unpredictable acts and omissions by other, falls, physical contact with other, infection or disease, the effects of the weather; high heat and/or humidity; freezing cold temperatures; traffic and the conditions of the road including surrounding facilities.

3. Insurance: I the undersigned understand, accept, acknowledge and agree that I shall purchase insurances to cover all the losses and damages that may arise from any of MY acts or activities in the Circuit. I acknowledge and accept that Company will NOT be responsible to pay or reimburse to any amount paid for MYSELF or to any THIRD PARTY for medical expenses or compensation damages.

4. Medical Emergency: I understand that the Company does not provide any health or accidental insurance for the use of Reem International Circuit or other facilities to participants either as a driver or passenger.

5. Covenant not to sue: I acknowledge to not sue the Company should I suffer from any damage, loss, personal injury, or death as a result of my participation in the Activity.

6. Waiver of liability and compensation: I waive the right to hold the Company liable for any liability, cost and/or damages that may arise from my participation in the Activity. I hereby warrant by signing this Declaration and Liability Disclaimer, that I will release the Company and its representatives, subsidiaries or other affiliates and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, members, and employees from any liability or compensation.

7. Confirmation: I confirm that the above information is accurate to my best knowledge, and agree that such information will used in accordance with Company instructions.
